We work with the following logistics partners: SF Express, Jumppoint, JD Logistics
For Express delivery, orders are delivered within 1–2 business days to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Shipping Details
a. Order Processing
Orders will be processed and dispatched within approximately 2–5 business days after the order is placed (excluding the order date and public holidays).
b. Standard Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days. Remote areas and outlying islands may require an additional 1–2 business days.
c. SF Express Smart Locker Self-Pickup (Hong Kong only)
Smart locker self-pickup is available at checkout

Once dispatched, parcels generally arrive at the designated locker within 1–3 business days. A pickup code will be sent via SMS by SF Express
Please collect your parcel within 30 hours of receiving the SMS

During peak seasons, public holidays, or in the event of force majeure (including severe weather conditions), dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
